Colleen Brehm is a Registered Professional Engineer and Certified Water Rights Examiner in Oregon. She has 7 years of experience in a range of water resources projects and civil site design projects for natural resource management organizations and private clients. This includes work for the USFWS, Oregon and Washington Fish & Wildlife Services, various Irrigation Districts and the National Park Service. Her experience includes hydraulic/hydrologic modeling, pipeline design, diversion and screening design, fish passage improvements, reservoir studies, infrastructure and utility design, general civil site design, and seeing a project through from planning to construction completion.
Colleen’s current responsibilities include engineering design, field and topographic surveying, hydraulic/hydrologic modeling and analysis, plan preparation, and construction monitoring for a variety of restoration and enhancement projects.
