Madeline Baker is a certified Engineer-In-Training (E.I.T.) with over three years of experience in a range of conservation and civil engineering applications. Madeline's primary focus has been related to water resources engineering with an emphasis on pipeline and open channel hydraulics as well as floodplain mapping and hydrologic analysis. Her current role is to provide support to Waterways' project managers on technical studies and design.
Her past experience includes development of feasibility studies for capital improvement projects, design of pump stations, modeling in HEC-RAS and GIS, development of engineering reports for recycled water use, field conservation studies, and contract development and oversight.
